SHIPPING, RETURNS & DELIVERY POLICIES

WHERE

We offer shipping to all domestic lower 48 US states.

COST

Shipping is included in our cost to customers. This will include the cost of packaging, insurance and shipping for domestic ground services through UPS and/or FedEx.  Freighted items will be shipped via Craters and Freighters KC to various distribution locations throughout the US.

HOW LONG

We are estimating shipping and delivery time to take 10-12 weeks.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We are offering local delivery up to a 60-mile radius.  For 30 miles or less, the charge will be $150, 30-60 miles, $250.  The details for local delivery will be customized via email with the customer through the “Inquire about local delivery” form on the product details page.

RETURNS

Returns for replacement will be available in the event the item is damaged in transport, exclusions apply*.  Please see the Shipping, delivery & returns link on each retail page for more information.

*EXCLUSIONS:  If, in the event, the freight company has recommended certain packaging for protection and the customer does not comply and receives the item in a damaged condition, the freight company will not be responsible for those damages.

Inspection Recommendations: Within 48 hours of receiving your product, carefully inspect the packaging.  If damage to the packaging is present, take a picture.  Open the package and inspect the product. If the product appears damaged, take a picture.  Send an email describing damages with attached photos to: support@mccroskeyinteriors.com

*EXCLUSIONS Items may qualify as a return for replacement if an item is damaged and the following steps have been taken: 1) Photos of the damaged exterior/box/packaging; 2) Photos of the damaged product; 3) Email support@mccroskeyinteriors.com, describing damaged product with attached photos, returned within 48 hours of receiving your product; 4)  After receiving an email with a return label, drop item(s) at a local UPS store and send to: Seville Warehouse ℅ McCroskey Interiors, 13846 Wyandotte Road, Kansas City, MO  64145

Upon receipt and review of returned item(s), including email with photos and specified damage(s), a replacement for the damaged item will be issued. As a courtesy, when returning for replacement, McCroskey Interiors will procure return shipping and ship-to fees as well as those associated with credit card transaction processes. Replacements may take up to 10-12 weeks.
